How close it was to the beach. It was a smaller condo building so parking was super easy. Property manager was wonderful, super fast to respond to messages. They were very great at communicating. The condo was clean, the beds were great. Check in and check out was super easy.

Some things need updated around the property. The elevator has a hole in the floor that’s just covered with a mat. The bathroom fan sounded like it was going to blow up. The toilet was slightly loose.

I was right on the ocean. We could just walk to the beach

The couch was really worn in.

Very nice property, steps from the beach! Our condo was nice and bright. Very comfortable.

Wasn’t cleaned well. Left over belongings from the last people in the closet with sand all over the floor. There was a dirty shirt, trash bag, broken glass pipe for ***** & batteries under the bed. On the bottom bunk bed, in the sheets was finger NAILS! The remote batteries were dead. Some dishes were dirty. The drawers in the kitchen where the utensils are were dirty inside. The toaster was broken. The curtain rod was broken through the wall. The door to the balcony bottom barrier is a trip hazard. The balcony itself was DIRTY. There was, AGAIN, left over belongings from the previous people: sand toys with sand everywhere. The balcony table was dirty. Lastly, there were no replacement trash bags.

Location

Ice maker did not work and only 1 ice tray. Stove fan and bathroom fans could not be used. Chair was wet. Cable in bedroom not secured to wall and I tripped on it twice. Elevator and trash dump right next to bedroom location and was heard all through the night and morning.
