The condo is all tile and has a great view of the Gulf from the private balcony. The 2 bedrooms are on the north side of the condo. The Master bedroom has a King bed, and the guest bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a set of Twin-over-Twin built-in bunk beds in the hallway. Located in downtown Gulf Shores, the condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and more!

In addition to being the BEST property location, this property is always so clean, well maintained, and quiet. Will always choose Clearwater condos when I can. And the property management for this specific location was quick to respond for any minor issues or questions we had.

Loved the location and the hall bunks for our teen. The shower in the shower of a bathroom fell down while showering. Poor waterpressure in that shower. The washer went down during our visit but Prickett properties brought us extra towels and offered to reinburse us for a laundry. That was helpful since my daughter doesnt like to take dirty laundry home. No hot tub as advertized.
