In addition to being the BEST property location, this property is always so clean, well maintained, and quiet. Will always choose Clearwater condos when I can. And the property management for this specific location was quick to respond for any minor issues or questions we had.

Loved the location and the hall bunks for our teen. The shower in the shower of a bathroom fell down while showering. Poor waterpressure in that shower. The washer went down during our visit but Prickett properties brought us extra towels and offered to reinburse us for a laundry. That was helpful since my daughter doesnt like to take dirty laundry home. No hot tub as advertized.
