Gulf House #402 is nestled in a low-density complex, meaning no long waits on the elevator. The Gulf House complex offers a wonderful swimming pool, with lots of lounging chairs, a covered area beside the pool, picnic tables by the provided charcoal grills, private beach access with and outdoor shower, and a coin operated laundry facility.
Come stay with us in this Gorgeously decorated and updated home including beautiful beadboard ceilings, gorgeous tile flooring, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, glazed tile backsplash, pendant and recessed lighting, amazing tile walk in shower, beautiful shiplap walls in the bathrooms, clean & cozy furniture, all bundled together in your favorite beachy colors! The Primary Bedroom hosts a Plush King Size Bed, Large screen Smart TV, an amazing Beach View, and a private full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom #1 presents a Queen Size Bed and a Smart TV. Guest Bedroom #2 hosts another Queen Size Bed and a Smart TV. Guest 1 & 2 both share the main full bathroom, with a shower/ tub combo, just off the hallway. The Living Area entails a relaxing recliner, small side chair, a large Sleeper Sofa (extra sleeping), and a Large Screen, Smart TV for watching the games! The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to create a full meal to feed the hungry family. And don't forget, take your coffee from the provided coffee/ k-cup machine, or favorite beverage, out on the balcony to watch the beach activity and enjoy the sounds of the waves.
** The complex is in between Cable/ Satellite providers a of February 5th, 2025. There are 2 Roku devices provided in the meantime.
**Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores.
**All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.
**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) -Monthly Rates are available upon request. These rates are not advertised. We prefer full month reservations from the First to the First.

Must be 25+ to book and stay. (Strictly Enforced).
Parking Passes are required and purchased upon booking. Passes are $40 each and will be waiting on your arrival in the home. Limit 2.

The rental was great. It was a beautiful clean home. The walk to the beach was so easy compared to other stays at other beaches. The condo was not crowded. Access to the elevator was never longer than a minute or two.

We loved our stay this past weekend! Everything was clean and it was easy to get to other spots near us. Great view each morning watching the sunrise and in the evenings watching the sun set.

So 2 hours before we were to arrive at the place we booked, we received a call letting us know that we needed to be moved because there was an "issue" with the that specific unit. We were told it was an "upgrade" but we didn't really have a choice in the matter when I asked. We chose the first place because of an indoor/outdoor pool, laundry in the unit, proximity to friends that were down in the area as well, and the number of beds for our kids. We were placed in unit that was 25 minutes further away from the people we purposefully booked near, no laundry in the unit, no indoor pool but did have a really small and freezing to boot, and had an extra bedroom but less total beds. When we called to inquire about a refund for the inconvenience, and not getting anything we actually were booking on we were met with tons of attitude, resistance, reasons why we got an "upgrade", etc. It seems to me that when you call a family on the way down for a vacation they are spending hard earned money on, and tell them that everything they were planning on and around is going to be changed, you would do a better job about actually serving the customer. We were not looking for a free vacation but inquired about a refund. We could have dug in our heals on the front end and made it miserable for the people trying to find another place for us but we decided to be flexible and go with it. I was blown away that the lady we were on the phone with was trying to make us feel like it was somehow our fault that things changed. It was the greatest display of "what not to do" for a family YOU displaced. The weather was great, the place we ended up staying at was fine, Gulf shores has a lot to do, but our expectations were not met when it came to actually honoring people and realizing that what you did could have completely thrown off their entire time. I will also be looking to give a review on a more public platform to warn other families about the experience they could encounter.
