Hernando Colón Suite Apartments

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Es cómodo y tiene de todo. En cuanto a la cocina, está más que equipado. La cama cómoda.

Ahora que en verano hace tanto calor, no puedes dejar el aire encendido, ya que va con llave y tienes que sacarla para cerrar el piso. Además era poco potente. El televisor funcionaba, pero no los canales por antena. El baño un poco estrecho y sin espacio para dejar artículos de aseo.

Good area for eating out, across the road is a lovely wine bar and " Filo" - 3 door away which is a bistro for breakfast and lunch, there is also an ice cream parlour and bakers called Jesters on the same street ... 2 mins walk to Cathedral . Super communication via hosts - super clean - loved the hourly bell chiming and the noise of the street below until 11pm.

No tea towel. No large mugs, just extremely small Ikea ones and small cups, 2 odd wine glasses

The location of these apartments is truly outstanding. You’re right in the center of the old town, surrounded by great places to eat and drink. Just next door there’s a lovely tapas bar (Ovejas Negras Tapas) with excellent sangria and a good menu. Very close by you’ll also find Maestro Marcelino (fantastic sherry and tapas), and on the other side of the entrance there’s a great breakfast spot. Everything is within easy reach, and it’s very convenient to explore the city on foot - the apartment is located right near the cathedral, which makes navigation effortless. The apartment itself has a lot of charm, especially considering it’s in a historic building. The mattress was comfortable overall. There are air conditioners available in the apartment as well. Overall, the location is definitely the strongest point of this apartment and makes the stay very convenient.

As with many older buildings, there were a few small details worth noting. The tiled floors were quite cold, and the bed frame is lightweight and not fixed in place, so it could move slightly at times. There was also occasionally a mild drainage smell, which can happen in older properties. These weren’t major issues for us, but something future guests may want to keep in mind.
