Modern 5 BR - Large Yard + BBQ + Kid's Playhouse + Game Room + Great WiFi

We could not be happier with our stay! Zero issues, truly. Cole is a great communicator and checked in to make sure things were going well. Something important to us is that the home was spotless. Very clean. I love how family friendly this home is tooo, with the playhouse and closets of toys and necessities like a pack and play, gate, and high chair plus kid plates, cups, and forks/spoons. It’s a great place for toddlers! It’s also within walking distance of a playground, which we visited (very nice one with separate areas for older and younger children). For us adults we found the house extremely well stocked with items like toilet paper and tissues plus basics in the kitchen like spices and oodles of k-cups to choose from. It was very warm outside during our visit, and the box fans in each room helped us to stay plenty comfortable during sleep. We loved our nightly family dinners at the dining table. The game room in the basement was perfect for my brother-in-law, who likes to stay up late and appreciated having his own bathroom and a tucked away bedroom. We will be back!!

The house was great for an our family stay. We had two toddlers and 4 pairs of adults visiting Denver for a wedding. The backyard has a great playhouse with toys inside. The basement arcade room was excellent for rainy days. The kitchen and living room was great for family style dinners. Most of all Cole’s communication and care made our stay easy and complete. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent rental, fully equipped and fit an extended family with kids really well. Super cute playhouse for the littlest kids in the backyard was a hit. Wish we could have more time off to stay longer. Host was responsive and helped ensure easy check in.

Excellent stay! The owner Cole is a delight to work with, great communication. The house is fantastic, very comfortable. We had a great time - thanks Cole!
