Newly remodeled, modern, and spacious home in a great neighborhood south of Denver. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, Whole Foods, and a movie theater. Huge bedrooms with lots of light. Large backyard patio perfect for family dining or an evening cocktail. Short walk to a park with a playground and snow sledding hill. Close to high school athletic fields for exercise.

The house was great for an our family stay. We had two toddlers and 4 pairs of adults visiting Denver for a wedding. The backyard has a great playhouse with toys inside. The basement arcade room was excellent for rainy days. The kitchen and living room was great for family style dinners. Most of all Cole’s communication and care made our stay easy and complete. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent rental, fully equipped and fit an extended family with kids really well. Super cute playhouse for the littlest kids in the backyard was a hit. Wish we could have more time off to stay longer. Host was responsive and helped ensure easy check in.

Best house ever! The game room and the backyard is perfect for kids of all ages. The house has everything you might need and more, spices, coffee, Kleenex, etc.. probably the best stocked home we have stayed in. Also kitchen pots and pans were so easy to clean, knives were sharp and lots of cooking utensils and serving dishes. My grandson said he wanted to live here! A perfect stay.
