Great place and Juan was very easy to communicate with. We were there for Red Rocks and it was a great location. Neighbors complained about our noise level when we got home from show around 11:30 but the owner was super easy to work with us regarding. Just be aware there is a 10pm quiet time in this neighborhood.

Great location and perfect for our short stay. Plenty of room and a great space to gather and spend time with family. Check-in was easy and our host was responsive and easy to communicate with!
