The inside was perfect for our family. The place was clean and fully equipped. Some wear and tear issues the proprietors would need to tend to, but overall perfect and met our needs for our weekend stay.Landscaping outside needs work. Extra chairs out back would have been nice but we made it work. Grill should be cleaned after each stay. Might be an issue with the cleaning company and not the owners.The host was wonderful to work with and responsive. I would stay there again.

Clean, peaceful, spacious. Best stocked rental we’ve ever had including amazing coffee bar. So kid friendly and loved the child books. Beds were comfy in those we used. High water press showers were. The BR next to master didn’t feel like air flow was working.

We needed a quiet and calm place to stay during the anniversary of a family tragedy. This house was perfect. There was enough space if one of us needed to retreat and the neighborhood is so, so quiet. Almost everything we planned on seeing or doing was within a half hour. We felt very comfortable here.

we rented this beautiful home to see the Sting concert at red rocks. This house was immaculate and beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Decorated beautifully. We loved the coffee bar and sitting by the fireplace in the evenings and in the mornings. We will definitely be back. A highly recommended.

This house was PERFECT!! We used it for hair and make up prior to our wedding and it was the best space we could have asked for. Aside from what we used it for, it would be perfect for a family stay with many lounging areas and rooms. Backyard was excellent especially with the sun out. Would look here again for a staycation!!

Our family was in Denver for Christmas and Nathan's home was a perfect place for our overflow family to stay. Clean and appropriately stocked, it was what we needed. There was a challenge with the gas fireplace, and Nathan communicated and did all he could to find a work-around solution. Couldn't ask for more. Great place and we would stay there again.

This home was way above our expectations. Great tri-level floor plan. The main floor contained the kitchen that accommodated 10 people with a sitting area. Fully stocked kitchen, very nice coffee bar. The den was down a level with a TV and fireplace, laundry and half bath. The bedrooms were up one level with two baths. We walked to Starbucks, donut shop, and grocery store. This location is centrally located, quite neighborhood. Nathan was so responsive to us and accommodating. He even retrieved a back pad I had left in the house and sent it to me. Above and beyond!!!!

This home was clean, updated, cozy, and stocked with all the necessities and even lots of extras!! We flew in for a wedding and to do some hiking/see the mountains. I was very happy to discover an iron/ironing board for our wedding clothes! Kitchen was stocked with coffee supplies and even had oil/spices, etc. Loved the downstairs living room for just hanging out after our days spent exploring. It sure became our home away from home!

We stayed at this charming 5-star, 4-bedroom home recently to attend a family wedding. The location of this home was perfect for us (bonus, there’s a Starbucks and a grocery store within walking distance). This home is decorated beautifully, the beds/bedding so comfortable and the home was spotless. We loved hanging out in the living room area downstairs, visiting and watching football. Our host, Nathan was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this home for your Colorado visit.

The house was beautiful and had split levels. The kitchen and conversation living room are on the ground floor. The entertainment living room and teen hang-out area were down a few stairs. All the bedrooms were upstairs, but they were large enough and provided adequate space. It was a quiet cul-de-sac and close walking distance to Starbucks, grocery stores, and other restaurants. We enjoyed the ease of access to significant points of interest. Any communication that was needed was met with a prompt and helpful response. We have a son going to college in the area, so anytime we head back, we will book here again!

The property was impressive, the decor stunned me with how lovely the furniture was. The beds were so comfy and it made my daughter not want leave the house. I don’t usually repeat properties to stay at but I would love to return here in the future since the location was also very convenient for me. Our family had a wonderful stay in Centennial, Colorado. This house is beautiful and is decorated beautifully. The neighborhood was equally nice and is very quiet, and our daughter-in-law was so happy Starbucks was just a 3-minute walk. We cannot say enough about this house! To say it was fully equipped is so slight it. The owners wanted to be sure we had everything we needed, and little things like toys and books for our toddler granddaughter were greatly appreciated. There was even a playhouse in the backyard for our granddaughter! We travel a lot and have rented with VBRO frequently. This is the best place we have rented! Thank you to the owner, too, for arranging a spring snowstorm. Our grandaughter had never seen snow before, and she had so much fun playing in it. Our daughter-in-law from Florida was equally pleased as she loves snow! We were pleased that the owner reached out to us soon after our arrival to ask if there were any problems. We will be back to Centennial House the next time we travel to Denver. It is truly a hidden GEM!
