The Location
This exclusive vacation apartment is located on the first floor on the southwest side of the complex. The Baltic Sea beach and the beach promenade are just 150 meters away; the Binz pier is 900 meters away. There’s a bakery right next to the complex, and the train station is just a few minutes’ walk away.


This upscale, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi, a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) and an adjoining southwest-facing balcony, and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment features underfloor heating, large windows, and light-filled rooms, complemented by a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, hair dryer, makeup mirror, as well as an HD flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player, and a stereo system with CD player. A crib can be set up in the bedroom for a fee, and you can book a high chair upon request.

This apartment includes a single parking space in the underground garage (for a fee), which you can book upon request. The parking space has its own wallbox (22 kilowatts) for your electric car, allowing you to conveniently charge it via an app and pay with a credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. You can access the apartment with easy access via the elevator from the underground parking garage. A storage room for bicycles is available in the complex’s courtyard. Pets are not allowed.
