In a wonderfully central location close to the beach, this charming 3-room apartment with a balcony awaits you on the second floor of a modern apartment building—easily accessible by elevator.
The spacious living/dining room with an open kitchen is cleverly divided into different areas. Make yourself comfortable on the couch in front of the large flat-screen TV, read a good book, or surf the Internet. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A small bioethanol fireplace creates a romantic atmosphere.
To ensure you can comfortably prepare your own meals, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities. In addition to a 4-zone ceramic cooktop with oven and range hood, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a steam cooker, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, you’ll of course also find pans, pots, dishes, and various small kitchen utensils. By the way, there are several bakeries just a few minutes’ walk away where you can pick up fresh breakfast rolls.
You can choose to dine at the large dining table or outside on the balcony, which is bathed in afternoon and evening sunlight.
Your temporary home features two separate bedrooms, one furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and the other with two single beds and an additional TV. Spacious closets provide plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe.
The elegantly tiled bathroom offers the comfort of a bathtub, along with, of course, a toilet, a lighted vanity with a large mirror, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. An additional guest restroom ensures that things always stay relaxed, even when the place is “packed.”
