Welcome to Apartment 28 in the “Bel vital” residence! Less than 100 meters from the beach and easily accessible by elevator, this approximately 67-square-meter two-room apartment is ideal for two people, but can also be booked for up to four vacationers thanks to the option of adding a pull-out bed in the living room.
The spacious entryway, the generous living/dining room, and the bedroom feature modern wood-look vinyl flooring, while the bathroom is tiled. Trendy Hampton-style wood and wicker furniture—and especially the balcony facing the lake, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun and take in the small lake view—create a pleasant, cozy atmosphere right from the start.
In the living area of the extremely spacious living/dining room, you’ll find, among other things, a wonderfully comfortable multifunctional couch (sleeping area approx. 160 x 200 cm), an electrically adjustable recliner, as well as a large flat-screen TV with radio channels and a separate DAB radio. Of course, free Wi-Fi is also available.
In case you don’t dine at one of the many excellent restaurants in the area, you’ll find everything you need for a vacation in the fully equipped kitchen: a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, a Jura fully automatic coffee machine (including a starter supply of coffee beans), a drip coffee maker, and many other small kitchen utensils. The large round dining table comfortably seats the whole family, where you can make plans together or rave about the day’s adventures.
In the bedroom, with its comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a second TV, a large wardrobe complements the storage space available in the hallway. The beautifully tiled bathroom features a spacious shower, a heated towel rack, an illuminated sink, a hair dryer, and a toilet.

Apartment 28 can be booked for up to 4 people. Out of consideration for future guests and, in particular, those with allergies, smoking inside the apartment and bringing pets are not permitted.
