When we say front-row seats to the Eiffel Tower, we're not kidding. Enjoy sweeping views of that spectacular skyline from the comfort of a classically elegant Parisian apartment in the heart of the city's vibrant 15th. Moments from the Seine, with the grandeur of the Champ de Mars on your doorstep and the glorious Jardins du Trocadéro just over the bridge, the postcard really writes itself.
LIVING ROOM
The view is everything here but that's not to say we won't gush about those immaculate interiors. Large arched windows, high ceilings, and fresh tones with a little stuccoed tracery, create an open, sophisticated space, swathed in light and affording an unbeatable vantage point over the city. There's plenty to vie for your attention inside too — from sumptuous paintings to a riotously red sofa.
KITCHEN
Introducing a note of modern design, the open-plan kitchen beyond the living room combines vivid accents and industrial-style worktops. We love how this apartment continues to surprise with playful quirks, and the little dining area is no exception — blending striking wall art and diverse styling.
PRINCIPAL BEDROOM
Featuring crisp, light-filled interiors, this room boasts a King-sized bed, ensuite, and TV — making lazy film nights in a must.
ENSUITE
A neatly fitted little bathroom, featuring a shower and wash basin.
SECOND BEDROOM
A cosy second bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space, a Queen-sized bed, and a handy desk spot.
BATHROOM

Not only is the location exceptional, but the apartment also sits just steps from the RER B station, offering direct access to landmarks such as Notre-Dame de Paris, the Bibliothèque Nationale de France, and the iconic Château de Versailles.

No smoking, pets or parties! This home is on the 5th floor with lift access. Some of the art is quite fragile, making this apartment unsuitable for children under 12 years old. There's no air conditioning, but fans are provided.When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
Please note our standard check-in times are 3pm-9pm. Check-ins outside of these hours are subject to additional fees.

This apartment is essentially a take it or leave it proposition. The owners, who obviously live there frequently, rent it on a short-term basis without inconveniencing themselves in the interest of the comfort or convenience of renters.
The apartment has several features going for it that may, for many people, outweigh the disadvantages we experienced in taking it. It is well-located, spacious, quiet, and secure, fashionably, if uncomfortably, furnished, and has nice views.
The apartment lacks amenities that are typically provided in short term rental apartments costing far less than this one. The vast majority of closet and cabinet space is sealed with blue tape and off limits. The main bedroom does not have one drawer or shelf for clothing. The second bedroom has, for storage, a single small shelf in a hanging closet and a small “pencil” drawer in the small desk located there.
The beds in both bedrooms are covered with winter weight duvets. The management would not/could not provide alternate bedding. One plastic trash bag was provided. Imagine a kitchen with one coffee cup, no soup or cereal bowls, no bread knife, no salt, no food storage items.
Had we known about these inconveniences prior to booking, we would have considered them in evaluating the cost/benefit of renting this apartment compared to others.
