It's a cosy 1 bedroom flat, so an ideal flat for a single person who has to stay in the area for an extended period of work, or great for a couple visiting the town or the central belt of Scotland. The flat has a modern bathroom, with a full size bath and mounted power shower over the bath.
The kitchen is well equipped with a full set of kitchenware, toaster, micro-wave and cooker. The kitchen also has a washer/dryer as well.
The sitting room has a dining table for four and two larger sofas to spread out on whilst watching the High definition TV.
All the soft furnishings are styled in the latest prints and colours creating a contemporary look and feel to them throughout the flat.
The flat has on street FREE parking and a good solid Wi-Fi connection should you need to work from home.

The flat is spacious, adequately clean, with all facilities needed for a work visit. Location is quiet, within easy reach of transport links and shops, and has on site parking. Would have been a lovely stay but... During my stay, and while i was at work, someone let themselves in to the flat unannounced so I had no opportunity to move valuable equipment and confidential work materials from view. My complaint to the letting agents went unanswered. A simple apology and reassurance it wouldn't happen again would have sufficed. Pity: my whole experience has been spoilt by what I consider to be a complete disregard for my privacy and well-being as their customer.
