Strohbrück is idyllically situated in the municipality of Quarnbek between the Kiel Canal, the Eider River, and Lake Westensee. It’s ideal for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists, and canoeists, and it’s also not far from the Baltic Sea and the many beautiful beaches of Kiel Bay, such as Mönkeberg, Laboe, Strande, Schilksee, and Heidkate. For those who prefer a livelier atmosphere or want to go shopping, downtown Kiel is just 10 km away.
