Hello and welcome to our vacation rental “Ahoi” in beautiful Langwedel, Schleswig-Holstein. The vacation rental, which is just under 100 square meters, can accommodate up to 6 people and features two bedrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with a wood-burning stove, a full bathroom with a separate shower, a second guest restroom, and an utility room with a washer and dryer, as well as a spacious entryway closet. The apartment has been recently renovated and lovingly furnished. Its maritime charm is evident in every room. All rooms are equipped with smoke detectors, are wheelchair-accessible, and are flooded with natural light; free Wi-Fi is included. A parking space and a charging station for electric cars (wallbox) are available. Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored safely on our property. The garden, complete with a seating area and charcoal grill, is also available to our guests. A travel crib and high chair for the little ones are provided. Linen packages (bed linens and towels) can be booked as an add-on. Final cleaning is not included. Pets are welcome for a fee.

The town of Langwedel is located in the Westensee Nature Park, not far from the geographic center of Schleswig-Holstein in Nortorf, within the triangle formed by the cities of Kiel, Neumünster, and Rendsburg. In just under half an hour, you can reach the Baltic Sea; in just under an hour, the North Sea or the Danish border. Hamburg Airport is 65 km away, and you can be on the highway of your choice within 10 minutes. There are numerous lakes for swimming, the Kiel Canal with its lively shipping traffic, and the Eiderring Canal—which offers ideal conditions for water sports—all providing plenty of opportunities for activities. For cyclists and hikers, there are beautiful loop trails in the Westensee Nature Park, which are clearly marked on a map. The city harbor in Kiel, with its magnificent ships, is also a must-see, and there are numerous zoos, wildlife preserves, and other family attractions nearby. A wide and varied selection of restaurants can also be found in the surrounding area.
