perfect for a couple, never for a family

The apartment is perfect for a couple but not appropriate for a family. The apartment is luxury, big, beautiful. Every thing is perfect.

We have 2 kids with 1 year, there was not a cot like we asked for and there is no room you can close and let them sleep. The all windows cannot be darkened and so we had a very bad night.

Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern. Man hat an alles gedacht. Total ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man super schnell mit dem Bus im Zentrum. Wir waren zur Kieler Woche da, und es war schön aus der Innenstadt in einer ruhige Wohngebiet zu fahren, wo man sehr gut schlafen könnte. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die PDF Datei wo man alle wichtige Infos finden könnte und über links direkt alles in Internet nachschauen könnte. Haltestelle vor der Tür, also unser Auto ist da geblieben ohne Sorgen an Parkplätze oder ähnliches.

Der Schlafsofa ist zwar super schön und modern, allerdings für 2 Personen zum schlafen, nicht ganz geeignet und hart. Ansostens alles perfekt!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was wir brauchten, um uns sofort wohlfühlen. Besonders begeistert hat uns das große wunderschöne Whirlpool – ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Unsere Kinder (2 und 7 Jahre) waren natürlich voller Energie und Aufregung – sie sind herumgelaufen und haben getobt, was für den Untermieter vermutlich etwas laut war. Das war für uns der einzige kleine Minuspunkt, ansonsten haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Det var et fantastisk sted, dejligt med plads, alle steder. Der var ro. Dejligt med en p-plads. Et skønt sted.

Der mangler knager til fx jakker ved indgang, og i walk in closet. Måtte ved indgang. Håndklædeholder badeværelset. Skostativ . Gardiner køkkenet. Holder til toiletpapir burde vægmonteres, rullen falder af.

Es ist ein über 100 qm großes Penthouse. Das ist schon cool. Die Verarbeitung etc. sollte man sich nicht zu genau anschauen. Für Leute die bei Insta einen auf ,,dicke Hose” machen wollen bestimmt das richtige.

Vorab. Wenn uns was nicht gefällt schreiben wir immer erst mit dem Vermieter/ Hotel. Wenn diese sich dann wieder melden und nett mitteilen wieso/ weshalb/ warum ist das okay für uns. Hier war es anders. Wir wurden gebeten eine gute Bewertung abzugeben. Wir schreiben, dass es eben das nicht war. 1. Absolut nicht sauber. 2. Keine Rollos (hatten im Vorfeld extra gefragt, lichtdurchlässig Vorhänge sind keine Rollos). Da bringt auch ein Penthouse Nix. Unsere Antwort kam am 14.06. Bis heute keine Rückmeldung. Interpretieren wir so, dass es dem Inhaber nur wichtig war ne gute Bewertung zu bekommen bzw. unsere Hinweisen diesem völlig egal sind.

Die Wohnung ist deutlich größer als auf den Fotos. Auf beiden Seiten gibt es große Balkone. Das Kamin-Detail neben dem Whirlpool verleiht dem Ganzen eine besonders gemütliche Atmosphäre. Alle Möbel und Geräte in der Wohnung sind nagelneu und auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik. Wir hatten mit meinem Mann einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Zudem hat uns der Gastgeber vor dem Check-in bei all unseren Anliegen sehr professionell unterstützt.

Tolle Wohnung. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem PKW in ca. 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Wer eine ruhige und komfortable Unterkunft vor den Toren Kiels sucht, wird sich hier wohlfühlen.

Zimmer top, Vermieter problematisch

Die Unterkunft an sich war Top!

Nur leider haben wir nachdem wir Morgens ausgecheckt sind, per WhatsApp ein paar Stunden später eine Nachricht erhalten ( was schon komisch war das es über WhatsApp kam), das wir angeblich den holzstisch „zerkratzt“ hatten, (was wir nicht getan haben). Er wartete am selben Tag noch 200€ von uns und hat uns förmlich unter Druck gesetzt und uns mit einem Anwalt gedroht. Bitte aufpassen bei solchen Unterkünften!

Mir hat besonders gut an der Unterkunft gefallen das das alles sehr sauber war man musste nicht viel mit nehmen das nötigste war da war wirklich toll Daumen hoch .👍🏻
