Centrally located home in Charlotte, close to everything! Minutes from South Park which offers shopping and many dining options. Ten minutes from uptown and surrounding area. Ten minutes, from Carowinds Amusement Park and water park. Surrounded by parks and walking trails and close to Lake Wylie. Fully fenced in backyard with a hot tub, fire pit, and screened in porch. The house was great for us and our 2 adult kid and their spouses. The pool table, hot tub and putting green kept everyone entertained and the fenced in yard was perfect for the dog.We would definitely come back!

The property was nice. It was very welcoming when we first arrived. Check in was very simple and easy to do. The house came stocked with just about everything we needed and the additional amenities like the pool table and hot tub made the time spent there that much more enjoyable. A generous thanks to the host is well deserved!

We were visiting our daughter and our family had plenty of room! We really enjoyed the backyard and firepit. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely for walking and a Greenway was a nice walk from the house. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

There were flaws such as the pool table being unlevel and scale buildup in the hot tub. But in all it's a great house and we enjoyed our stay.
