About this house rental
Pretty village house of 105m² all in stone and exposed beams on two floors and with a garden of 200m² well exposed. Classified 2 *
On the ground floor: A spacious living room of 38m², a kitchen of 12 m² with oven, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances.
On the first floor, while parquet, a large mezzanine that can be used as extra beds for 3 people (1 single bed and a click clac ), overlooking a clearance.
Two bedrooms of two people, one of 9 m² with bed 140x190cm and one of 11 m² with bed 180x190cm.
A bathroom of 7 m² with shower, toilet and washing machine.
Garden furniture and barbecue available.
Private parking for a car with lockable gate + possibility to park a second car on the grassy ground in front of the house.
River la Dronne 200m from the house
10 minutes by car from the tourist town of Brantôme/ all shops
Beautiful walks, bike rides (not provided) and canoes (not provided)
30 minutes by car, swimming at the ponds of Saint Estephe or Saint Saud
Nearby, many sites and monuments to visit
Travellers have access to all accommodation.
Only a wardrobe upstairs and a garden shed are reserved for the owner.
Sheets, pillows and pillowcases provided.

IMPORTANT : From July 1st to August 31st, our house is rented only weekly and from Saturday to Saturday and the rest of the year it is rented for 3 nights minimum.

The house is very comfortable and located in the picturesque small village of Quinsac, only a short walk from the scenic River Dronne, an ideal spot for dog-walking.
The picture-postcard town of Brantome-en-Perigord is only twelve minutes' drive away, but we also enjoyed places closer by in Villars - excellent meals at 'Le Pas de Chat'; the Vidal supermarket there is also very handy. We would also recommend 'Au Royaume du Pain' in Champagnac-de-Belair, only 5 minutes away, a boulagerie,patisseriengerie
