Rent a modern and charming house in the heart of Périgord Vert.
20 minutes from Brantôme, the Venice of Périgord, 30 minutes from Nontron and an hour from the major tourist sites (Les Eyzies, Gouffre de Padirac, Lascaux, Sarlat ...).
Ideal for nature lovers, forest walks, cycling, canoeing. River 300m for fishermen.
This single storey house includes:
3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds and 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds),
1 living room - dining room of 40 m2,
1 bathroom with shower,
1 fitted kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, -an induction hob, coffee maker, etc.)
- 1 washing machine,
- 2 TV,
- 1 separate toilet,
- 1 terrace with bbq
- a closed garage,
- a plot of 3000m2
- a gantry for children.
Non-smoking villa.
Animals allowed outside.
Cleaning at the expense of the tenant before his departure or on request 60 € package.

We’re just back home after an amazing week in this super property. A very spacious home which was clean and well equipped. The kitchen looks newly fitted and has everything we needed during our stay. The owner’s communication was excellent and they made us feel very welcome. The garden is extensive and gave us all of the space we needed and more! A little more hedging/fencing would be great to add privacy since a new property has been built next door (I say next door but they are very well spaced apart!). The local village is small but the shop is fully stocked, the bakery bread is delicious and the bar gives a welcome refreshment break - also serving ice creams!
We highly recommend this property for a relaxing family break, sightseeing or more adventurous activities. My only wish is that we had stayed for longer!
