Chalet with lake view is located in a private residence of 6 ha, in a quiet area in the heart of the Périgord Vert Park, Limousin
The accommodations are close to the swimming pool and the parking lot.
The swimming pool is heated, open in summer from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (unsupervised), exceptionally open May, June and September if the weather permits.
At the pool level, 1 sauna (for a fee), showers and toilets.
1 petanque court, 1 beatch volleyball court, 1 closed playground for children, 2 ping pong tables, 1 laundry room, washing machine, dryer (extra charge), ironing board.

The accommodation
The entire accommodation consists of a living room with sofa bed 140x190, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine and espresso coffee machine, kettle, juicer, blender, 1 garbage can.
1 bathroom with heated towel rail, hair dryer, bathtub.
1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 with cupboard and wardrobe.
1 cupboard under the stairs, with everything you need for cleaning
The first floor consists of a mezzanine with 1 bed 140x 190 and a single bed of 90x140, dresser and 1 wardrobe. For young children, 1 travel cot with mattress, a high chair.
Outside a covered terrace with garden furniture, plancha, parasol and access from the outside.
As an option, I can make bicycles available.
Pets allowed with 1 supplement of 5e per pet per day.
