Good value hotel, in the heart of Hammersmith. Evening manager was very friendly, our room was updated to a larger one as Agoda had made an error in communication. Quiet rooms and a simple breakfast delivered in the morning to the room. Shower and bathroom good, and kettle with tea and coffee. Only missing a fridge but not end of the world for one night. Definitely recommend!

The rooms were much smaller than the pictures. Reception has a separate entrance to rooms. Access to rooms has a huge set of stairs that the reception didn't bother to advise even though seeing we had 2 small children with a pram. Very strange. Overall the room was clean and good location in Hammersmith, good value for the price I guess

3 day stay with breakfast was very comfortable. Staff at reception are really really helpful. Daily room cleaning and towel change, Nice nutritious breakfast with a fruit and a juice and delicious cookies with cheese. Enjoyed stay.

The location is super convenient, depending on which part of London you are looking to explore the hotel lands itself near a station with 4 different lines which I love. Although the staff was very kind, I would not necessarily recommend this hotel unless you just use it for sleeping. There was a lot of dust in the room and it was not properly cleaned overall. As many hotels in London it has a carpet flooring which was stained. The breakfast provided is more like a snack but I didn’t mind since I enjoy exploring local coffee shops on trips. On the plus side you do have a sitting space and an AC which is good if you are travelling in summer!
