Loaded with property amenities and just steps from the Gulf of Mexico, vacation your way for as little or as long as you like. Indulge in seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Cool off in the newly renovated outdoor pool overlooking the gorgeous gulf waters. Check out the outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and steam room and select from complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy in your unit. Squeeze in a workout at the fitness facility. SunDestin Unit 0814 is a cozy one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Feel stresses fade away amid a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation in this open concept living/dining space. Prep meals and snacks for the beach in the fully appointed kitchen and take in expansive gulf views from the private balcony accessible from either the living room or master suite. Cozy up in the living room or at the dining table with seating for four. Settle in on ultra comfortable furnishings including a sleeper sofa in the living room with a flat-screen TV or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.
There’s something for everyone in Destin! Rent a pontoon boat, waverunners, or a kayak and explore the crystal, clear waters of the emerald coast. Try SNUBA, a shallow water diving system that merges snorkeling and scuba diving, permitting dives up to 20 feet while immersed underwater for up to half an hour!
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.
While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.

In spite of the resort going through a makeover, the room was lovely, and the view was spectacular. Loved that the balcony stretched across from the large bedroom to the living room. Having 1 and 1/2 baths was really nice as well. Overall, we a wonderful time and we will definitely be back.

Everything was great. The little store in the building was a nice amenity. Rent the beach chairs/umbrella WAY ahead of time to get the first row closest to the beach. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. This mattress. We expected that so we brought a mattress topper. Overall, we had a really nice stay and in a perfect location.

This place was just okay. The pictures made this condo out to be a nice place to stay, but it was not that at all. The living room furniture is stained and dirty, and extremely uncomfortable. Bedroom furniture was also very uncomfortable. The TV in the living room only works when it wants to. The amenities are advertised to have a washer/dryer, but what they failed to mention is that it’s a public washer/dryer that you pay to use. I could go on and on, but it would be too much to read. Overall, our experience was less than pleasant and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. This place is NOT what it is advertised to be and I don’t plan to stay here again.
