Accommodating up to four guests, this condo blends comfort with coastal charm.
The Space:
SunDestin Beach Resort sits directly along the Gulf of Mexico, and in the center of everything Destin, FL has to offer, making it the ideal location for your next trip to the beach. Widely known as the ‘world’s luckiest fishing village’, Destin, FL is packed with more than just fishing, and the Scenic Stays 24/7 front desk staff at SunDesitn Beach Resort is available to you for local recommendations during your stay.
While visiting SunDestin Beach Resort, you get more than direct beach access. You get access to the resorts’ many amenities, like the newly renovated outdoor pool, and outdoor hot tub. If you’re looking to kick back, grab a drink at the outdoor tiki bar. After officially exhausting yourself and grab a complimentary DVD rental in the lobby before heading up to your condo to get cleaned up. Looking to grab a workout while on vacay? Not a problem, SunDestin’s fitness facility is perfect for some quick cardio and strength training, and the sauna is available for further relaxation if needed.
SunDestin Unit 0608’s coastal vibe takes you from beach to bedroom without missing a beat, with hues of blue and thoughtful decor throughout the unit. Entering into a hallway, you’ll notice the master bedroom to the right. With a mounted flat-panel television and adjoining master bathroom, you’ll rest easy here after a long day of beach dwelling. Continuing down the hallway is a half bathroom that can be accessed from the main living area. Wainscotting along the parameter gives it a beachy feel as you prepare your meals in the well-stocked kitchen or lounge in the living room with flat-panel television and DVD player. After sharing a meal in the dining area, take dessert to the balcony and watch a truly breathtaking sunset directly over the Gulf of Mexico.
This 1-bedroom unit has a master bathroom and a half bathroom. With a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area, you’ll have room to sleep up to four people comfortably.
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

My husband, daughter, and I had a blast at our condo in SunDestin! We came to celebrate our first anniversary on the ocean and chose this resort due to the many amenities and convenient location. The lobby was very clean and the folks at the concierge desk were polite and helpful. The condo itself was clean, well decorated, and the view of the ocean was stunning. Despite the construction, SunDestin managed to be very lovely and inviting. We will definitely be using to SunDestin as our go to for our future trips to Destin.

Very clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped kitchen. Loved sitting on the balcony Rocking chairs listening to the waves! Great view! Even, still under construction, it did not impact us.

First time staying, great beach view, easy beach access ,fully furnished, friendly staff, would recommend and will stay again. Beach attendent David went above and beyond to help not only us but everyone .

We saved for months to book this vacation. We arrived on the 6th Fl the hall rugs were stained and filthy. The floors in the unit were sandy. The outdoor pool under construction still the indoor pool was not that clean either. It was noisy due to under going major construction as well
On the positive the server in the pelican restaurant was great - the beach service for chair rental was pricey but Joey and Dave were fantastic and the view was nice from the balcony. Find someplace else to stay perhaps in SanDestin this place was NOT worth the price.
