This is the most impeccably clean place I've seen In Rome near the Airport. The Diana Home Bed and Breakfast offers a warm home feel with everything you need at your fingertips. The cozy, homey atmosphere is profound. The well-maintained property is full of amenities like a hotel at a fraction of the price. The high-quality bedding and appliances are most appreciated. Another great feature is that it's so secure, and only a short walk to either the metro, and also to the shoppes and restaurants. I love this amazing place because it has it all at the best prices. The proprietor/owner Maria, was so genuinely accommodating, and available for any questions. I searched out the best of the best and now I know why Diana Home Bed & Breakfast FCO has such high ratings. I knew that I wanted an impeccable place close to the airport going and coming so this was the perfect place. Maria will make all the arrangements for taxis or help you with the Metro information...she has now become one of my dearest friends. She's profoundly compassionate, exceptionally knowledgeable, totally given to making her guests want to return. Word of mouth advertising is everything, and I would tell the whole world about this supreme place. I can't wait to return shortly and I know that I will visit the same restaurants as well. We love seafood, and this is where you want to be. Maria was so kind to even call and make reservations for us.....I am totally blown away by her devotion to her guests. It's like she can't do enough....she just works around the clock to make sure everything is perfect. God bless this amazing and very beautiful lady in fathomless measure, with good health, safety and overwhelming joy... I hope that the business grows exponentially and they have to open another B&B....People want to spend their money where it counts...and Maria knows this. When we tell you that this was the most incredible experience staying at a B&B, please know that we have traveled all over the world, and nothing will ever compare to the value you get at the Diana Home B&B FCO Rome. The price is totally amazing, the home is supremely kept, the rooms are exceptionally large and the furniture is stunning. The kitchen is particularly awesome, impeccably clean, and the beautiful breakfast items were graciously added, the coffees were so awesome, water to start right off...what a perfectly planned setup for guests. All the electrical components laid out for immediate access. Truly special attention to detail by the host. The locations is perfect and anytime I'm by the water, I'm happy. The host is happy to help with taxi, restaurant, and any other needs you may have. When we say that you are treated like ROYALTY, please know that's what is bringing us back soon I hope. SO, THERE WAS NOTHING THAT WE DIDN'T LIKE. It's a quiet place and I was on a fact finding mission to aide in finishing a book that I'm writing, so the quiet and comfort was most cherished. AGAIN, NOTHING THAT WE DIDN'T LOVE.....LET ALONE LIKE....LOVE, LOVE, LOVED OUR TIME THERE.....THANK YOU TO HARD WORKING, AND CARING OWNERS! BTW THE FOCENE BEACH IS WALKING DISTANCE .75MILES FROM THIS B&B. A MUST SEE. My mother and I stayed at the Diana Home B&B for many reasons, but the first reason was the short ride from the FCO Airport because we wanted to be close both arriving to Rome and the returning to Florida. My mother needed a quiet place to write as she's working on a book and she told me the reviews were perfect. We met with the owner Maria who helped in every aspect of this trip, from arranging a taxi, restaurant reservations and sight location. This is a perfect location as it's within walking distance to the Metro Bus and also many restaurants. The Diana Home B&B is very clean, comfortable and has everything at your fingertips. My mother was afraid that we didn't have the right plugs for electricity but as it turned out Maria has everything we needed even though we had the correct plugins. There isn't anything that could be better at this location. So upon returing from our trip to Gualdo Tadino where her cousins live, we returned to Diana Home as a perfect end to our trip. Sorry Maria for the late review, however after taking to my mother she's excited to return with my father. Thank you for all the help, and for providing a stress free trip.

The host waited for me to arrive at 10pm. The bed was comfortable.

The wifi was not very strong or fast, it was very difficult to stream Netflix with constant buffering. A taxi from the airport is 25euro each way, which nearly doubles the nightly cost of this accommodation. There was no lounge with a sofa, only a dining table/kitchen as a common space. I was awoken by construction noise in the apartment above at 8am. The host told me to rate 10 stars which I found a bit aggressive.
