Location Convenient space Building facility management check-out process were very smooth
Pre check-in communication with Elegant Hospitality wasn’t professional Provided mobile number wasn’t approachable all the time (WhatsApp/calls) Delay in check-in while noting politeness of staff during the. Heck-in Internet was disconnecting frequently (wasn’t an issue since I have my own Internet but I have to tell) There is no internal lock (nothing happened but for security purpose it has to be there) Paid parking (EGP 480/- per day)

Loved the location, host did try their best to help
The big bed in the big room was very uncomfortable there was a deep in the middle my back was hurting all week they refused to change the matress. The oven wasn't working I was told that a call out was made but no one came to fix it. More cutlery needed like cups saucers pans. Sofa was very uncomfortable too
