لا يوجد خدمة تنظيف يومي للشقق .. الحمامات قديمه بالشقه .. عدم وجود ادوات العناية الشخصيه … الحمامات رائحة مجاري فيها … شراشف الاسره والمخدات تحتاج استبدالها قديمه وغير نظيفة والفوط كذلك قديمه

I went to this facility in mid-January. To my surprise, there was no heating to the unit. The representative informed me that all Prime group units don't have heating. Also, there were no clear instructions on how to reach the representative. Underground parking was not included in the unit price, and I had to pay to park separately. The unit had a strange design where the bedrooms were accessible through stairs that led to a long hallway leading to the bedrooms. I felt like I was in an office. Also, my name was not included in security list so I had to struggle with them to enter the unit at their night shift.

The location is near a mall and near AUC campus.

The apartment had no heat. The service agent was kind enough to give us a space heater. It is difficult to walk in this area. Everything is by car. Getting across the street to the AUC campus is difficult on foot. A car picked me up to get across the street. The kitchen needs a frying pan; it only had two large soup pans.
