Near new, neat and well appointed. Amazing view from 57 floors up. Suited us completely. Proximity to the beating heart of Melbourne, quick walk to trams and an easy walk from Skybus which we rode into the city. Quiet aircon that we hardly heard, well soundproofed from other apartments and the outside noise. A set of binoculars would have been useful. Once we figured where to collect the key from, they were most helpful as was the building concierge.
The kitchen is very usable although there are food outlets everywhere. There is a Coles supermarket across the street, too easy.
There was nothing we didnt like to be fair. We should have had a small Bluetooth speaker with us.
It did take us a little while to find the entrance into the building.

Modern rooms
Shower had blocked drain and the water ran out the door. No microwave in room. Keys were not there to be picked up. Car park was a nightmare with no signs
