Locatia exceptional. Apartamentul cu mobilier curat, nou, aspect estetic plăcut. Livingul ca si calitate peste alte apartamente din clădirile Grand Monastery. Bucătărie bine dotată. Apartamentul are 2 bai. Gazdele foarte comunicative si prompte in a rezolva orice problema tehnica poate apărea.
Aspectele negative sunt legate in primul rând de clădire. Parcarea este un stres major, numai daca ai noroc poți prinde un loc de parcare. Total insuficiente locurile. Necivilizat. Scări rulante doar la urcare. La coborâre au fost 165 de trepte, gresie umeda, 5 nivele (cu bagaje in brațe). Am făcut 3 drumuri pentru toată familia. Camera de echipament de schi este un simplu depozit neîncălzit foarte umed totul. Condiții proaste. Nu poți lasă clăparii acolo penru ca ii găsești dimineața uzi si reci. Prețul prea mare (cam ca la un hotel de 5 stele cu mic dejun inclus) patru facilitățile clădirii in care se afla. Baile au fiecare un boiler electric de 100l iar încălzitorul electric in una din bai este foarte aproape de jetul dușului.
