L'appartement est très fonctionnel et propre. Sinon, beaucoup de facilités dans le bâtiment (location des skis) et pistes juste à côté. Caractère très réactif des propriétaires

Ce serait toutefois appréciable que le Grand Monastère Hotel soit davantage proactif pour dégager la glace à l'entée du parking afin d'éviter les dérapages à l'entrée de nombreux véhicules.

Our stay at this appartment was one of my favorite for a family of 5! The communication with the owner is great! The kitchen is fully equipped for a long stay as if you are at home. Spices, oats and some paste were there as well. The heating is controlled from a distance and locally. It was really comfortable during snow time. The smart TV has all accesses to the movie platforms and Wi-Fi is very convinient! The sofa-bed is perfect for 3 children to sleep. We could also rent and additional bed from the Reception with additional cost. The parking is free but hard to find a place. However all people are understanding and help a lot. The 5-escalator experience to the slopes is perfect! And you can go to the SPA in the complex!

Este un miros foarte închis, cred că trebuie o igienizare strasnica, e păcat de locație, de facilități și de potențial.

Very well equipped kitchen. Has a fire place (but you need to bring your own wood).

Extremely cold, even in early October. It is self check-in and everything is turned off, so it takes some time to warm up the air (and you need to turn on the water heating if you want hot water). Carpet and sofa looked like as if they've never been cleaned since the apartment is being rented. The view is just the rest of the hotel/complex from the first floor so you better have your curtains up all the time.
