We had a lovely stay at Ocean View and would absolutely stay again. The view is absolutely beautiful, and the property itself feels wonderfully private and peaceful. The hosts were so lovely and very responsive to any queries we had before our arrival. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and really well laid out. We love to cook when we’re away, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make several meals, from breakfast right through to dinner, which we really appreciated. The house is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, and the sunsets in the evenings really add to the charm. The bed was honestly one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in while away, and the whole place was cosy, warm and had everything we needed. The only little tip I’d give to future guests is that if you enjoy settling down with a movie in the evenings, it might be worth bringing a Fire Stick or Apple TV. As I’m pregnant, we had plenty of early nights and would have loved a little more choice on the TV while having a cup of tea in the evenings! There is Saorview, so we did find ourselves getting very invested in The Chase most nights! Overall, there really isn’t anything we could fault. Beautiful views, privacy, comfort, lovely hosts and everything you could need for a relaxing retreat in the West. We really loved our stay and would happily return.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit lieben, herzlichen Gastgebern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, hier würden wir gerne wieder kommen und länger bleiben.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Les propriétaires du logement sont très accueillants et très avenants. Le logement est de grande qualité : confort, propreté, localisation, paysage environnant... C'est encore mieux que sur les photos. Très bon accueil également de Murphy et Lulu 😁 Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons très certainement.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits à 2 dans ce logement. Nous l'avons trouvé très propre et bien équipé. La maison dispose de nombreux rangements. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région du Connemara. Nous avons été notamment à Diamond Hill et Killary Harbour qui sont à moins de 30 minutes en voiture. La maison a une vue vraiment incroyable sur la baie de Clifden, et je pèse mes mots. Nous avons eu un temps ensoleillé et avons profité des petits déjeuners dehors, ainsi que de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Pour couronner le tout, Alan qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique ! Il y avait même une petite bouteille de lait et des brioches à notre arrivée.
