The house is really big and was well equipped, you have everything you need. It's located in a really quiet area so you can enjoy breakfast at the terrace without any noise, contemplating the view. Stefania was very helpful with all the directions to reach the place.

La posizione era ottima, in considerazione delle motivazioni del nostro viaggio. L'appartamento molto comodo e spazioso, pulito e silenzioso; dotato di aria condizionata nelle camere da letto, ci ha permesso di riposarci in giornate molto calde. La presenza di una cucina spaziosa e fornita ci ha permesso di mangiare comodamente in appartamento nel momento che non volevamo uscire al ristorante.
Avrei preferito avere la possibilità di avere la colazione compresa nel pacchetto; in compenso il gestore ci ha suggerito un bar poco lontano molto carino e ben fornito. Unico neo è che nel bagno il flusso dell'acqua fosse a bassa pressione e dal rubinetto scendesse poca acqua.

Posizione eccellente accanto all'abbazia di Grottaferrata, ampia e luminosa, molto pulita e accogliente nonostante l'arredamento un po' datato (da tipica casa dei nonni!). Letti comodi. Comunicazione facile e proprietaria gentilissima. Check in e check out semplice.
Secondo piano senza ascensore (normalmente non sarebbe un problema ma io avevo un ginocchio infortunato, tenere presente per anziani e bambini piccoli)
