Kuromon Royal Niponbashi

Very easy to collect the keys. The accommodation is very close to the markets. It is small but there is everything there that you would need.

As it was so close to the markets, you had the trucks and forklifts running around in the morning. Also, the washing machine was out on the balcony. There is no dryer. As we had rain on most days, we weren't able to dry our clothes.

쿠로몬 마켓안에 24시간 마켓이 있는데 현지인들이 이용하는곳이라 물건도 많고 스시나 도시락이 많아서 저녁에 피곤할 때 이용하면 너무 너무 좋았어요. 화장실 변기와 세면대도 새거라서 너무 좋았어요. 도톤보리는 10분 정도 거리였어요.

Prime location literally next (maybe considered inside) Kuromon market. Within steps there's a food mart inside the market that has the best sashimi, sushi, and wagyu deals. We would buy all our stuff and eat in the apartment. It was comfortable for a family of 5, everyone sleeping on a bed. The place was exceptionally clean. The shower has to be among the best I've had. The value is unbeatable. The host was fantastic, very helpful with some special requests we made. We will be back if we're ever in Osaka again.

Let's face it, it's Japan... space comes at a huge premium. Lack of space should be expected everywhere. We still made it work without an issue. Given the proximity to the market, expect noise starting around 7am, but manageable. The check in process is unique, requiring a selfie picture in front of the building. Cumbersome, but not a deal breaker.

The location was good as so close to Kuromon market and also accessible to the kintetsu nipponbashi train station via lift which was extremely helpful with luggages.

The photos of the living area of the house was very misleading. The was exception small and with 5 adults standing there was hardly any room to move about and plus our luggages it was just so cramp. The check in direction was also not clear but luckily we have people that could reach kanji otherwise would struggle to get access to the unit via the english instruction.
