Better than expected!

It was better than what I was worried about after reading the reviews. Position is perfect for anything, beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Bed was comfy and bedroom was bright with a big balcony. Staff was nice and helped me with some extra requests, like booking a cab etc.

Bathroom is indeed small and the sink is super small. Way too small. Very noisy until 11pm+ and very early in the morning. Walls do not isolate sound much. But if you book in the main touristic street , you must take it into account or it's on you.

Very basic rooms if we had paid full price I would have been very upset, the lack space and WiFi was very disappointing.

The location was great.

The rooms were very very small and the the “bathroom” was tiny. There wasn’t a separate toilet and sink, the sink was at the back of the toilet. The WiFi only worked near pool.

Great staff, amazing location

The bathroom was tiny, no space to move. The sink was attached to the toilet which felt unhealthy. Could not use the shower properly as it was stop every 2 seconds (I guess to save water)

The location.

The pool was DISGUSTING! Still under construction. No bar or restaurant as stated. Workers came into our room without prior knowledge! Money went missing. Staff was partying, drinking and smoking dope. Zero sounds barriers. Rebar sticking out everywhere! The manager was ZERO help! TERRIBLE PLACE!

Overpriced and impractical.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The first room was a disaster. It was on the first ground, and the only window had a car park view. There was no furniture except for a bed, so we needed to put our stuff on the floor. We asked to be moved and we got a new room the next day. The second room had 2 beds and a table, so we didn't need to use the floor. The bathroom has a see-through glass door. In order to get some privacy, we hung a bed cover over it. There are no shelves or stands in the bathroom, so there is no place for toiletries. The pool does not have a ladder or stairs, and most of the time, it is covered in dust. The top floor is not finished, and almost every day, there were contractors drilling, building, and moving things, so the whole building was vibrating. During the night there's a lot of noise from the restaurant next door. See-through curtains on the windows look very stylish during the daytime, but do not block any light during the night. We had a very bright white street light right in front of the window, and it was shining the whole night. Interior design is intended to be stylish but completely impractical. The hotel is not worth the money we paid.

Sin duda alguna me encantó la ubicación.

El personal de recepción es súper grosero y te hacen caras, cero amabilidad, cero hospitalidad, ojalá el lavabo no estuviera tan pequeño y pegado a la taza del baño o mínimo especificar como es el baño, olía muy mal a caño 24/7 y tienen un microscópico espejo.

Instalaciones aparentemente buenas, pero nada confortables

La ubicación y la estética exterior del lugar

No tiene lavabo independiente, el que tiene la habitación es muy incómodo y difícil de usar, sobre todo para una persona con dificultades de movilidad, el primer día de la estancia la alberca estaba muy sucia, las cortinas son muy traslúcidas, la habitación daba vista a la calle y se veía mucho las luces de los autos y motocicletas que pasaba, el ruido y también es muy marcado, sobre todo porque esa calle es justo donde cierran el paso entonces todo el tránsito es muy pesado. El persona no dio indicaciones para el uso de la regadera, no del lavabo ni de la puerta principal cuando uno llega después de la media noche, la gente no sabe como abrir y empiezan a tocar la puerta que es de vidrio, muy fuerte esto hace que uno no pueda dormir de corrido, ya que se la pasan golpeando la puerta y nadie en recepción para estar atento, con dificultades se duerme bien.

El lavabo era muy pequeñito y un poco incómodo acomodarse sobre la taza del baño para lavarse los dientes. El ruido del local de al lado en la noche pero afortunadamente terminó temprano.

La ubicación del hotel, esta en la calle principal de la playa entonces prácticamente tienes todo tipo de tiendas súper cercas.

La televisión de mi cuarto no tenía el cable instalado hasta que hablamos nosotros y la limpieza también la teníamos que pedir, sino no sucedía. No tiene una caja fuerte.

Que tiene alberca, aire acondicionado y la ubicación sobre la misma calle turística de Punta Zicatela. Con gusto me volvería a hospedar ahí. Cuenta con el personal muy atento y amable.

En general todo me gustó, está muy agradable; solo corría un poco de agua de la regadera a la recámara, pero nada que no se pudiera solucionar.
