Ottima posizione.
Purtroppo l'appartamento presenta diverse falle: muffa in quasi tutti i cassetti e conseguente puzza di muffa in casa. Living senza finestre. Forno sporco. Riscaldamento basso e non possibile alzarlo. Cuscini usurati. Carta igienica in quantità non sufficiente: 2 piccoli rotoli per 4 persone: cii siamo ritrovati senza carta igienica al rientro sabato notte.
