We didnt get this appartment due to some issues with heating , instead we got this https://www.booking.com/Pulse-DDAnUh . I liked the location that we got that it was central and we could reach everywhere fast. The owner was very responsive and tried to make our stay more comfortable by even replacing the broken toilet bowl ..

https://www.booking.com/Pulse-DDAnUh The location although central was in a very bad apartment bloc which would be good to inform families about it , it looks dirty and about to fall down , cockroaches in the staircase and we did found some in the bathroom coming from canalization . The walls in the appartment could be fixed since they were damaged , i did find foot prints like shoe prints on the walls... ,doors are broken like hit , no kitchen ustensils were in the appartment either, trash i had to take to some public trash can arouns the corner. I would like to note that i know that some of these issues are not the owners fault but i would appreciate an fyi and better pictures . In conclusion I would not recommend for families with small children to go to the Magheru residence .
