Nice location above Spar shop and about a 10-15 min walk to the Pirvelli lift or a short Bolt ride to main village. Kitchen was a great bonus.
Mattress was very uncomfortable, WiFi wasn’t great. Would recommend for a short stay but maybe not a long stay like us.

The apartments have a good convenient location. Close to ski lift, shops, restaurants, transport. The apartments are clean, everything is new and corresponds to the presented photos and description. There is a complete set of tableware and cooking utensils. There is a two-burner electric hob, electric kettle, toaster, microwave.
The apartments are located in the Marshal complex opposite the police station, next to the gas station, but not where the geolocation is indicated. This discrepancy is very confusing and takes a lot of time when looking for housing while already in Gudauri itself. There are problems with wi-fi internet. For a week, we still couldn’t get it, we had to buy a SIM card and use a mobile internet, even for correspondence with booking.
