Convenient self-check-in. The main thing is to carefully read the guide that is sent the day before arrival, it contains all the necessary information. — Excellent location in Lower Gudauri: there is a Spar grocery store in the building, equipment rental and services. — Within walking distance are several cafes and restaurants (we often went to Sadzele — good value for money), as well as a currency exchange (with a more or less favorable exchange rate), a gas station and a pharmacy. — It's about an 8-minute walk to the Pirveli lift, and you can ski back to the hotel on a snowboard/skis — very convenient. — A quiet and comfortable place without noisy establishments nearby. — A spacious room with a good layout and zoning — it was very comfortable for two people. — An excellent dining area with panoramic windows and a balcony with a view of the mountains. — The kitchen is fully suitable for cooking: there is a basic set of dishes (frying pan, pot, cutlery), a French press, mugs/glasses, a refrigerator and an electric kettle. — Smart TV (YouTube works). — Stable electricity and hot water. — The room is warm, there is an additional heater. — A comfortable bed. — There is an electric towel dryer and a hairdryer in the bathroom. — Towels and basic hygiene products (gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper) were provided. — The Wi-Fi generally worked well, although there were occasional interruptions.

— There is no washing machine in the hotel — it was noticeable over almost 2 weeks. It would be convenient to add the possibility of washing for an additional fee. — There are lockers for storing skis/snowboards on the 1st floor, but there is no information anywhere on how to use them. — There is a lack of storage space: shelves and lockers (especially in the bathroom). One locker for two people was not enough. — The shower without a curtain/border — after showering, the water ends up all over the bathroom, and you have to clean it up manually.

Prijs kwaliteit was perfect! In tegenstelling tot oude recensies is dit appartement hartstikke goed. Het is er lekker warm en tocht zeker niet. Fijn balkonnetje, hele goede douche. Het beddengoed was heel zacht, we hebben geweldig geslapen. Als er iets was, dan kregen we direct een reactie en we werden altijd goed geholpen. Sleutel kastje was heel goed te vinden. Alles was goed omschreven en zeker wel duidelijk. Communicatie was dus perfect. Je kon er koffie maken, brood toasten, koken en de supermarkt en goedkoopste ski verhuur zitten in hetzelfde gebouw. 100% een aanrader!

Helaas geen locker voor de ski’s en ongeveer 5 minuten lopen naar de piste. Maar de lagere prijs was het absoluut waard. Vrienden betaalden bijna 2x meer dan wij en hadden een veel minder fijne plek. Wij hebben een openbare locker dicht bij de piste gebruikt, waardoor dit appartement echt perfect was. Slaapbank was niet heel luxe, maar die hebben we niet gebruikt. Het bed was absoluut geweldig.

Неплохие апартаменты, не выглядят уставшими, уютно, почти всё необходимое было в наличии. 1) С отоплением всё хорошо, помимо штатной батареи был электрический обогреватель, было достаточно для прогрева помещения на нужный уровень. 2) Ванная большая, с горячей водой проблем не было (надо только подождать некоторое время при открытом кране). Отдельно хочется отметить электрическую сушилку, удобно. 3) Хорошая плита, посуда (сковорода, кастрюля, тарелки, чашки разных видов, бокалы, приборы), чайник, даже вафельница, электрокофейник. 4) По мебели: шкаф для вещей, стол с 4 стульями (можно пригласить 2 друзей :) ), диванчик.

1) Заезд в 16:00, выезд в 11:00 и бесконтактный check-in/check-out - в сочетании не очень удобно. При заезде договорились с владельцем оставить сумки в номере с 13:00, чтобы не терять день, но вот с выездом уже сложнее, где оставлять, непонятно. Вероятно, стоит предусмотреть камеру хранения, или что-то подобное. Для сравнения, в отеле обычно можно оставить сумки у стойки регистрации, а тут такого нет. 2) Самого главного, что нам не хватило в номере - это увлажнитель воздуха. Впервые сталкиваюсь с таким сухим воздухом, ночью было тяжело дышать. Самый простой ультразвуковой не очень дорогой, но он значительно улучшил бы ощущения, пожалуйста, обязательно добавьте его. 4) Прикрутите к кухонным шкафам ручки! Их почти невозможно открыть, защёлки с пружиной не работают! 3) Из посуды очень не хватает лопатки для сковороды, с неё просто нечем снимать, и мешать. Из-за этого сковорода очень портится, она у нас уже была с поцарапанным покрытием. Мелочь, но важная. 4) Из-за наклонной стены занавески неплотно закрывали окна, приходилось придумывать из подручных средств что-то, что закрывало бы щели, чтобы убрать сквозняк. Хорошо бы придумать какие-то держатели, или, например, липучки. 5) По сравнению с предыдущими скорее придирка и не так обязательно, но иногда могла бы помочь простая микроволновая печь, хотя нужно придумывать место, где её расположить. 6) Не смог переключить приставку телевизора на английский язык, инструкции от владельца не помогли, а общаться с оператором интернета уже было перебор для такого, жаль.
