The only cons about this property is that its facing the water park. You can hear the music blasting.

The homestay was clean and well equipped. The water pressure and heater was excellent. The location is strategic, visible from the main road, just walking distance to the lost world of tambun. Nearby eateries and convenience stores..Easy check in and check out with 2 parking lots provided on site.
Nothing much except for the occasional noise from the construction site of the upcoming sunway mall
