The property was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The staff was helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around, just beside Lost World of Tambun. Less than 2minutes walking distance. Parking provided. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Customer service was good, but the waiting time for the deposit refund was quite slow.

Easy access to Waterpark, good view, clean and tidy.
Need to check out by 11am. Deposit will be return in 48hours, but they return in 24 hours after i questions them.
