A lovely house for a city break, with a welcoming and friendly host.

It’s a lovely house, stylish and immaculately clean. Care has been taken to make it very attractive. The blackboard for comments and feedback is a nice touch. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. It’s really easy to find. We enjoyed visiting Bruges very much.

I think we didn’t quite understand that our rooms and bathroom were part of the house and not separate, although we never saw anyone. It’s a main bedroom with a sofa, a second bedroom and a bathroom and toilet across the landing. However it’s still a great place to stay. One tiny improvement - a kettle? - to make tea or coffee apart from the coffee machine.

An exceptional stay that would 100% recommend

Beautiful home and made to feel very welcome. Very knowledgeable host who advised us of the area and was very helpful. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and cosy and decorated in a very modern and cosy way which made us feel at home throughout our stay. Lovely breakfast too.

Beautiful home in Bruges!

Our stay at Swander exceeded our expectations in every way. The house was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, and incredibly clean. The host, Sander, gave us great local recommendations and tips for sight seeing around the town. We were a little worried it would be far from Bruges Old Town but we took the bikes for a beautiful ride through nature and along the canals which was our favorite part of the trip. We were so warmly welcomed and the whole trip felt like we were visiting an old friend. For fellow remote workers: the WiFi is strong as well. Cannot recommend Swander enough!

Owner was friendly and very welcoming, made a lovely breakfast and was full of tips for visiting Bruges (where to park, how to get to the centre etc). The bedroom and bathroom were beautifully furnished and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

A great place to stay in beautiful Damme

Sander is an amazing host and really accommodating and welcoming ! The property is sparkling clean and you can tell thought and attention has gone into making the rooms look super cosy and cool. Damme is beautiful. Really pretty but expensive to eat out - so plan ahead for that. Sander made us breakfast which was great and was really helpful giving us a map of Bruges and told us where to park and a walking route to take to see the centre, allowing us to see all the canals, shops & beautiful buildings. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Bruges or the local area. A lovely and memorable stay. Thank you Sander ! 🌴

Kurzurlaub in schöner Unterkunft

Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Wir wurden offen und freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung in einer Kombination aus industrial style und gemütlichem Holz war stilvoll und stimmig. Die Atmosphäre war familiär und wir haben uns mit unserem 1-jährigen Sohn sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben am Abend noch das Frühstück dazugebucht, welches sehr ausgiebig und liebevoll serviert war.

Sympatyczny, czysty dom na przedmieściach Brugi. Bardzo pomocny właściciel.

Cicha, spokojna okolica. Budzenie to pianie koguta. Przemiły właściciel, który od „ dzień dobry” wprowadził rodzinną atmosferę.

W pokoju brakowało czajnika i kubków. ( pewnie można było zejść na parter do kuchni właściciela i poprosić o wszystko, ale lepiej to mieć cały wieczór i poranek w pokoju) .

Huiselijk en super goed verzorgd verblijf!

Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd! Mooie slaapkamer, badkamer en het ontbijt was werkelijk heerlijk en uitgebreid met alles er op en eraan! Ook het contact met de eigenaar was heel prettig. Reageerde snel en was ontzettend behulpzaam.
