Apartment next to My Khe Beach - Căn hộ sát biển Mỹ Khê

Location was amazing, right beside the beach. Great views of the city too. Stayed in an apartment with two bedroom, all three rooms had air conditioning. Small shop on the ground floor stocked a variety of items, drinks, snacks, toiletries. Plenty of locations to eat nearby.

There wasn't anything to 'not like'. However, the apartment I stayed in had started to look a bit worse for wear. No major issues just needed a bit of maintenance, loose door knobs etc.

Great location, and the lady who checked us in was very nice and funny and joked with us. She was flexible.

Was under the impression the accomodation was a separate apartment, but was a set of three. The accommodation was down a back street. It was actually a homestead, so the entrance way was quite scruffy and unappealing. The first impressions of the property were very bad. The bathroom style of wall decoration although may have been clean and tidy, given the appearance of the plaster work which looks old damp and mouldy! The grass section in the bathroom made it even more seem you were outside the building! The front of the accommodation was on the beach however there were no steps down of the patio section and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The door with the front access to the beach had a latch lock which meant it cud only be locked from the inside, so you weren't able to set off for a walk on the beach from the beachside. Seeing a young boy urinating on the floor very close to the entrance door at a similar time to our arrival was quite off putting. For the price of this property, I cannot see any reason why anyone would want to stay here given there are many cheaper nicer locations not too far away.
