Eigentlich ist das Ferienhaus ansprechend gebaut und der kleine Garten sowie die Terassen vor und hinter dem Haus gemütlich. Die Einrichtung genügt für einen einfachen Urlaub.
Leider gibt es diverse Mängel, die teilweise auch schon bei unseren Besuch im vorigen Jahr vorhanden waren, aber nicht behoben worden. Im Bad gab es mehrmals Kloakengeruch, an den Spülkasten musste man ranklopfen damit das Wasser nachlief, der Bewegungsmelder an der Eingangstür war defekt, die Scheibengardine im Wohnzimmer fehlte, die Tischdecke am Esstisch war zerschnitten, das Licht an den Unterschränken der Küche funktionierte nicht, die Dunstabzugshaube ebenfalls nicht, im Kühlschrank fehlt das Gemüsefach
