Cleanliness was maintained at the property even though it was rainy season. Food was good, but bit costly. Property has easy access to public transportations. Matheran shuttle pickup point is just 2 Kms away from the property. Pool service avaialble, and it was clean & maintained properly. We, especially my kid, enjoyed a lot. Dear Travellers, this message is for those who are very particular about cleanliness & hygine, and always select the property based on these criterias instead of just cost. We stayed for 1 night & 2 days, and believe me it was excellent experience.

Service was bit slow, but since food taste was good, so we can neglect it. But, I believe opportunity for improvement is there. Property traiff is high on weekends, probably due to high demand, so one can plan stay on week days to optimize the cost.

Cleanliness and very friendly staffs

No shower curtain in bathrooms 🙁🙁 No room with Twin Beds 🙁🙁

Easy to access from main road, ample open space inside, neat & clean, food quality & quantity excellent - value for money, family friendly ambience, staffs are helpful & very responsive, few tourist locations nearby. In short it is a good place to spend a few days with family/friends

Limited parking spaces near accommodation which causes a little discomfort especially when you travel with little children / aged people during heavy monsoon.

Well it’s under construction so a lot of the facilities are yet to start but the staff was helpful and you could order food from their provided vendor or others so it was alright in that.. the property seems to be going well and will be a very nice option if they stay at the price then it will be great value

Well we were upgraded but that room had a shared living room situation( but the upgraded room was much better than the room we had booked. So it has more merits). The f&b situation should improve once they have their own facilities up and running.
