Room service could be better Not that it was bad, just need a dial up a few notch 🙂

Tv was not working and the intercom was also not working

The resort was an OK one, not the one we would like to revisit. The green landscape and land area is huge however the focus seems more on selling vacation homes rather than getting / engaging guest for their resort. Stay Options - Rooms, Villa Club House - Though small in size when we look at the number of guest, rooms in the resort,has a mix of indoor games, DJ Night on weekends and a swimming pool Restaurant - Served both Ala-carte and buffet meals, were decent in taste.

The resort was maintained well. The resort had a too big land parcel however it was not utilized to the fullest. For example, their clubhouse got indoor games was a room of 12*8 which was meant to be used by guest across their 200+ rooms. The same thing happened with the swimming pool where we had so many guest in the pool together that it was impossible to swim. People were just standing in water due to the lack of space. We had stayed in a Villa, where cleanliness was an issue as we had cobwebs on the roof, paint discoloration all around. Even after complaining to the reception they gave a deaf year to the same. The resort was so huge that it was impossible to walk from one end to the end, other you need your vehicle or boggie services by the resort (which was not really communicated to guest).
