Food is expensive but good and worth spending

This isn't a review of the physical hotel, since we didn't end up going there. This is just based on the hotels policy. They have a no refund policy, which we knew of, so can't fault them for that. But we had a last minute change of plans outside our control, and hence we asked to reschedule the trip. But the hotel charged us almost 70% extra of the actual cost, that too for a weekday. Now you might say that it's not the hotels obligation, but we definitely felt, that being so heavy handed is not a positive gesture. Most other hotels have been very accommodating, in such cases. We surely will not be booking with them again. If you are not 100% certain about your trip, then don't book in advance with Oleander farms.

Excellent place for a vacation. The staff is courteous and the location and facilities are well maintained. And the food at Saltt is worth a visit
    6.8 / 10Average·Oct 2026
Food was good but costly Restaurants close by 10 pm & No room service is a limitation. It’s too spread out, the management should consider providing facilities and Restaurent closer to the rooms. Water in the Lake and River side wasn’t clean. Wedding locations are too remote and landscaping is minimal. Room size were good , bathroom was king size.
