La situation face à la mer et la proximité du centre ville de Propriano, le confort, les équipements, le calme de l'appartement et l'immeuble en général. L'amabilité et la réactivité du propriétaire, la possibilité d'une arrivée avancée et d'un départ tardif pour 100€ de plus.
Le parking privé difficile d'accès avec une grande voiture, donc non utilisé dommage. La jardinière non entretenue sur le balcon. Il manque un rideau intérieur dans la pièce principale pour le soleil l'après-midi

Très beau appartement, bien situé avec une vue agréable.
L'accès au garage est très délicat, beaucoup trop étroit. A utiliser avec seulement un véhicule de petit gabarit. Par ailleurs, un contact physique à l'arrivée, serait un plus...

J'ai bien aimé l'emplacement a 15 mn a pied du centre ville. Immeuble récent et appartement très lumineux et confortable. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. La petite plage a 5 mn a pied , juste ka route a traversé. Ascenseur. Jolie terrasse qui donne côté rue sur la plage et le port
Le bruit de la route très Bruyant avec le passage des voitures et surtout des motos. Le parking était un peu difficile d'accès car très étroite, l'appartement possède un box fermé dans le parking mais étroit aussi
