In Propriano, a pleasant seaside town nestled in the Gulf of Valinco with many beautiful beaches, we offer you a T2 apartment of 42m2 interior for 4 people, Classified 3*, located on the first floor, bright and not overlooked, fully air-conditioned, in a new and secure luxury residence, with a large terrace for meals and relaxation, an adjoining landscaped garden and a large individual box in the closed basement very popular in summer.
The apartment consists of:
. a large air-conditioned living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, dining table, appliances, crockery and utensils and a lounge area with sofa bed equipped with a real Simmons mattress, armchairs, 125cm HD television, radio, books, access to terrace and garden
. 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200, hotel-quality bedding, dressing room, storage, heating, access to terrace and garden, travel cot. Bed linen is provided at no extra charge, including for the sofa bed.
. 1 bathroom with washbasin and vanity unit, walk-in shower with cabin, electric towel dryer, storage, hair dryer, towels provided free of charge, 1st aid kit

The apartment must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, any furniture that may have been moved must be put away, the bins emptied, the dishes washed and put away, the barbecue/plancha and the sanitary facilities (sink, shower, toilet) cleaned. Otherwise, a financial contribution of 100 euros will be required.
An inventory of fixtures on arrival and an inventory of fixtures on exit will be drawn up and co-signed.
Security deposit: 600 euros (cash except for 5 and 10 euro notes) returned in full on departure except in the event of breakage or damage noted during the exit inventory. Check that you are insured for "holiday" risks (civil liability, major material damage, claims).
Non-smoking accommodation.
Animals, parties and events, use of charcoal or gas barbecues, use of towels for the beach are not allowed. The use of a car battery charger is prohibited in our box.
Arrival times: from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Departure times: from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Neither arrival after 8:30 p.m. nor departure before 8 a.m. can take place. Take into account any delays of arriving planes, as well as transport times between the ports (Ajaccio, Porto-Vecchio) or airports (Ajaccio, Figari) and Propriano, i.e. about 2 hours.
Ideally located, the apartment is less than 10 minutes walk from the city center, shops, restaurants and bars, ports and their pedestrian promenade, shopping centers, the sports complex, cinema, theatre, the church of Notre-Dame de la Miséricorde, and 10 minutes from the beaches of Propriano.
PROPRIANO, a seaside town located in the Gulf of Valinco, one of the most beautiful in Corsica, halfway between the airports of Ajaccio and Figari Sud Corse, has a direct maritime ferry link to and from Marseille and Toulon several times a week.
You will find all types of shops, swimming pool, tennis, markets, night shopping, bike, scooter, car and boat rental, marina, many health professionals, sea rescue (SNSM) and of course several beautiful supervised end beaches, with magnificent sunsets.
