Panoramic view of the entire magnificent Valinco Gulf, from the Propriano marina and fishing port all the way to the village of Olmeto, nestled on the mountainside. And breathtaking sunsets...
The fully renovated, luxurious, air-conditioned apartment—accessible by elevator—is classified as “furnished tourist accommodation” according to the new criteria: Living room with roller shutters and electric blinds; a large bedroom with ample storage space; beds featuring extra-thick, ultra-comfortable mattresses (bed and sofa bed);
Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, quiet dishwasher, etc... Spacious bathroom with large shower, separate toilet... complemented by a beautiful 16 m² terrace with unobstructed ocean views.
The layout of the rooms allows for separate access to the bathrooms, toilet, kitchen, and even the terrace.
The residence, secured by keycard, is located right on the seafront, directly in front of the sandy “Mancinu” beach with its restaurant and in close proximity to all water sports activities.
The town center and all shops are within walking distance (300–400 m); there’s a bakery right next to the residence;
Check-in is scheduled for Saturday but can be moved to Sunday.
Check-out is scheduled for Saturday at 10 a.m., but may be moved up to Friday;
The rate includes end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen), utilities, and daily visitor taxes;

La route juste devant avec ses bruits de motos.

Appartement très lumineux est spacieux avec grande terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle.
