Très bel appartement en plein centre dans une rue animée au 4eme étage sans ascenseur avec vue sur le port de la longue terrasse. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est au pied de l’immeuble (commerces, restaurants) et de belles plages entre 3mn et 10mn à pied. Climatisation dans le salon cuisine et dans la grande suite parentale.
Une propriétaire au petit soin si vous avez besoin de quelque chose.
On s’en passe facilement mais pour les accro il n’y a pas le wifi. Et pour les non sportifs c’est un 4eme sans ascenseur.
