L’emplacement très central Appartement propre et moderne Les terrasses Le prix reste cohérent vu le nombre de couchages
Le bruit des moteurs de Clim de l’immeuble lorsque l’on est sur la terrasse mais pas du fait des propriétaires et on ne peut rien y faire :)

Accueil et confort, proximité des plages et du port. Le garage à disposition est un vrai plus. Terrasse calme.
Pas de vue sur mer, 1 étage donc vue cachée par immeuble.
