L’emplacement est top, proche de tout à pied. restaurants, commerces, monuments et métro. L'appartement est conforme à la description, bien équipé et propre, parfait pour 4 personnes.

Comme dans les précédents commentaires, le bruit, les chambres étants côté rue c'est très bruyant. Prévoir les bouchons d'oreilles.

Tolle Lage! Alles ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar Küche ist super ausgestattet, ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Alles hübsch eingerichtet. Betten sind bequem. Wir wussten durch andere Bewertungen, dass es laut wird dank der Straßen und hatten entsprechend Ohropax dabei, sie sind wirklich notwendig! Zwei Toiletten waren super. Heißwasser war immer verfügbar, Hand- und Duschtücher waren sauber. Kommunikation nur über App, aber das liegt sehr gut. Zu empfehlen, wenn man etwas Abstriche bei der Sauberkeit macht.

Es könnte wirklich sauberer sein. Ein Grundputz des Bodens und einmal das Sofa ordentlich waschen, damit man sich dort wieder traut hinzusetzen. Wir waren zu dritt, mehr Haken für die Handtücher im Bad wäre wirklich nötig (das ist schnell und kostengünstig umsetzbar!). Geschirrtücher könnten mal ausgetauscht werden, sie rochen nicht gut.

Too many stairs to reach the room. The street has several homeless people around, that are very scary. The shower area is not cleaned properly. Mold around the shower walls. Most of the time we did not stop sneezing.
