TJ Homes - Double room with Single Bed - 3 Min to Tube station - London

Used these rooms before. Probably 5mins from tube but I walk slowly lol, Easy to park on drive or street. Continental breakfast on a tray in room, good value. Overall convienient for travel into London with plenty of shops and restaurants within a 5 min radius.

It was really clean and tidy the room and bathroom.

Nothing to dislike

The B&B was reasonable for the charge level. The room contained the TV, electric kettle and a chilling box. The bathroom was clean. It was very convenient to walk to the underground station nearby. The car was free for parking on the street.

In the bathroom the shower did not work but the bath was my alternative.

Clean and comfortable, great location for the tube station. Facilities good but had an issue with wifi and TV, which did get sorted in the end but as I was only saying one night they weren't a lot of use.

No check-in details given, so I assumed that someone would be there to let me in. Nobody there I rang the phone number supplied, no reply, left a message and tried ringing 3 more times but the phone was off, tried the main office number, no good either. I was understandingly getting worried and started looking for accommodation close by but nothing available or far too costly and my phone battery was dying! A person parked outside offered to give me a lift to Northolt to look for accommodation there and I'd just got in her car when I got a call on my mobile (after I'd sent messages through booking.com - this site) and then finally got sorted. It's a shame that this occurred and put me through so much stress or I would have given a much better rating.
